New Features

• SRT, RTMP, and RTMPS streams can now be created via UI.
  RTMP can be published on multiple node groups.
• SRT and RTMP streams can have a dedicated permanent IP address that does not change if the origin changes.
• Brew mixer is enabled.

Bug Fixes

• Storage webhook is enabled even without custom parameters.
