Improvements

• Add the ability to select the crypto library and cipher factory for DTLS
• The new version of Chrome (>=128) has updated what codec profiles are signaled by default and, without an update to Red5 Pro or the Red5 Pro WebRTC SDK, WHEP subscribers connections do not signal the supported level of the baseline profile and do not connect. This update properly handles the new codec profile level.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue with buffer corruption on SRT ingest into Transcoder
• Fixed issue with json metadata files not being uploaded by the Cloud Storage Plugin on long recordings
• Fixed issue with video freezing when using server side stream switching
• Fixed issue with Transcoder stopping when audio is muted
• Fixed issue with Shared Objects not propagating properly in a cluster
