As many people in the US are well aware (especially those that love eating pie), the Thanksgiving holiday is fast approaching. As a Boston-based company, we take special pride in this celebration since the first Thanksgiving happened in Massachusetts. Well, maybe it was Texas… but we still get the credit.
With roots in a fall harvest celebration, Thanksgiving is about being grateful for what you have and what you have grown. While we may not be planting corn in our office (for now), that hasn’t stopped us from growing the company itself.
We’ve recently added new team members to QA and they have been hard at work testing new features and automating processes. Thanks to these additions, we will be able to streamline our QA process and efficiently release builds.
Our support team has also grown so that we can ensure faster turnaround time on your support tickets.
Thankfully, we are still hiring! Here are positions we are looking to fill (with more to come):
- VP of Technology
- Sales Lead/Manager
- Customer Rep Manager
- QA Manager
- Senior Server Side Developer
- Senior Client Side Developer – HTML5
- Blockchain Developer
- Marketing Director
- Growth Hacker

Of course, we are also thankful for all our other developers who strive every day to improve our product. They have tweaked and tuned Red5 Pro into one of the most dynamic and scalable live streaming applications.
Thanksgiving is also about reaching out to your community. Accordingly, we want to extend our thanks for all the support we get from developers like you who use our product. It is through your efforts that we can continue to improve our software. You find and submit bugs to us so that we can further refine our product. We love hearing about the various and creative ways you implement Red5 Pro.
Thank you to all those who have helped us along the way. Whether you have used Red5 Pro for years, or you are just getting started, we are happy you are with us and excited about what we can build together.
Last but not least, we just want to say that part of being thankful for what we have, is acknowledging that some are not so lucky. In the U.S. Thanksgiving is a time for charity as well as celebration. So go out there and support your fellow citizens of the world.
While you’re at it, why don’t you stream it?
