Why can’t I log into Zendesk?


Why can’t I log into Zendesk? I want to log in to access/close a ticket I made, but my Red5 Pro credentials are not working. 


The Red5 Pro server Account system and Support system do not share login credentials. When you submit a ticket, the email you used to submit it is automatically registered with the system. If you want to access your Zendesk account to close or edit the ticket, the only thing you have to do is set a password. To change or set up a password manually, you can go to and click on the Sign In button. That will bring you to a sign-in dialogue, where you should click on “Have you emailed us? Get a password” which will allow you to set it.
