QUESTION:

I cannot subscribe to the stream on my iOS device.

ANSWER:

1 – If you are trying to subscribe via the Mobile SDK, make sure that you have a valid SDK license.

2 – If you are trying to subscribe via a Browser, you will need iOS 11.3 or greater to subscribe via WebRTC.

3 – If you are using an iOS device version 10 or older, then you will be subscribing using HLS. There is an inherent delay to establish a connection inherent to HLS so you will need to wait 20 to 30 seconds before subscribing.  Otherwise, it will not be able to find the stream.
