License Check Failed

QUESTION:

When I run my Red5 Server I see a “License Check Failed” message in the logs. What does it mean?

 

ANSWER:

The server is checking to see if you have a paid license (or an active trial license). The Red5 Pro server will not function without a valid license key. Make sure that you have entered your license key correctly. If you do not have a paid license or your trial has expired, feel free to contact our Sales department to discuss license options and find the best plan for your product.
