Red5 Pro 4.4.0 Mobile SDK Release

We’re off to a strong start to 2018, with an update to our mobile SDK. This release adds the ability to send your app to the background to switch apps and still continue to stream audio, publisher aspect ratio modifications, along with other fixes and improvements.

iOS SDK:

• Added ability to send app to background to switch apps and continue to stream subscribed audio
• Fixed – addressed multiple potential crashes
• Fixed – buffer time increase on two-way delayed second publisher
• Added support and example for publisher aspect ratio modifications
• Added event for Video Render Start for subscriber playback

Android SDK:

• Added ability to send app to background to switch apps and continue to stream subscribed audio
