Mobile SDK 10.1.0 Release

As of June 20 we have released an updated version of our Mobile SDKs for iOS and Android. This release includes several bug fixes in the SDK and changes to the iOS and Android testbed examples. For more information on what has changed, see the details below.

iOS SDK

  • Bug Fixes
  • Local recording does not recognize pausing
  • streaming-ios testbed updates
  • Fixed: ‘Publish – Custom Video Source’ example not working as expected
  • Added validation parameters to the settings page that can be passed in as a part of the publish or subscribe request

Android SDK

  • Bug Fixes
  • Local recording does not recognize pausing
  • Squared (1×1) ratio subscribe rendering error
  • Android hardware acceleration playback issues with resolutions forced to turn 90 degrees by transposing resolution values
  • streaming-android testbed updates
  • Fixed: Publishing stops when minimizing the testbed application while using the ‘Publish – Background’ example
  • Added validation parameters to the settings page that can be passed in as a part of the publish or subscribe request
